Refund Policy

You may return or exchange items in their original condition and packaging online along with the original invoice. Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the original delivery date from ckcny.com. 

 

For refund requests, you may request a refund back to your original payment method, or request a store credit in the form of a gift card with the balance of your eligible refund amount.

 

For exchange requests, you will be able to exchange your items for items of similar, higher, or lesser value and receive a partial refund, discount, or a new charge for any cost differences, once your request is approved.

 

We will refund the purchase price of any items you return, or exchange items for items of similar, higher, or lesser value, according to the conditions below:

 

(1) The item is in its original condition and packaging; items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

 

(2) Proof of purchase (invoice) is included with the items to be returned.

 

(3) The items are returned and received by King-Shipp Industries within 14 days from the date of delivery.
